I have purchased 2 of these a few months apart for my granddaughters ....both were good out of the box .........very playable and just the right size for an 8 & 12 year old ....surprisingly good tone, with the fidelity you would expect from a small bodied guitar....fit and finish was good and although the blue burst is slightly darker that the photo ...the girls loved the color .....a great bargan and very superior to the department store offerings ...
